Barossa Valley
Grape growing has been part of the Pfeiffer family way of life for four generations. With 35 acres planted on the 80 acre Estate, the vineyards are the main source of fruit for their small batch wines. Founded by Martin Pfeiffer, who ran the Penfolds viticulture program for nearly 30 years, in 1997 and now in the hands of Martin's son, Sam. They're passionate about looking after the land in a sustainable way and they exclusively use organic and biodynamic practices as well as minimal intervention winemaking.
