Wine Experience understands that from time to time wine can be ‘faulty’. If a wine is oxidised or ‘corked’ (TCA affected) we will replace or credit the amount of the purchase on receiving the affected bottle with 375ml (½ bottle) or more of wine remaining. Wine Experience will cover the cost of shipping the faulty wine to our store via Australia Post if you are unable to visit the store.
