Shipping is FREE for 12+ bottles Australia Wide (*excludes remote postcodes in WA and NT, see below for details and fundraising orders).

Cases are also delivered free of charge, as are any subsequent bottles ordered in addition to the case. The case size is displayed on the product page (i.e. 3, 6 or 12).

If your order is less than 12 bottles, shipping is charged as per your postcode. This charge amount will be visible on the payment page before you confirm and pay for your order.

Depending on where you are located, your wine will be shipped with either Australia Post's Wine Delivery Service or specialist wine delivery service Anonymous Wine Freight.

Sydney Metro - We are now using a specialist, temperature-controlled wine delivery service called Anonymous Wine Freight which picks up from our store in a temperature-controlled van on Wednesday afternoon for delivery to Sydney metro postcodes on Thursday. Unfortunately, they can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you specify a PO Box or Parcel Locker, we will use Australia Post for your delivery.

See a complete list of postcodes below. We will send you a 'completed and shipped' email when it leaves our store, and you will also receive an email from Anonymous Wine Freight when a driver is assigned to your delivery.

Melbourne Metro - We are now using a specialist temperature-controlled wine delivery service which picks up from our store in a temperature-controlled van on Wednesdays for delivery to Melbourne Metro postcodes on Friday. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia. Most deliveries will be received sooner than this. If you believe your order is missing or overdue, please follow the tracking instructions as per your order confirmation email or contact one of our staff members on 1300 55 44 35 or via email sales@wineexperience.com.au

Deliveries are tracked electronically, with a signature required upon receipt unless you have given permission for your package to be left unattended.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please fill out the instructions when requested during 'Checkout'. It is possible to remove the signature upon delivery requirement and specify delivery instructions, such as: 'Please leave next to the front door in a secure location'. *Please be aware that if removing a signature from the delivery requirement, Wine Experience takes no responsibility for lost or stolen orders if Australia Post/ Anonymous Wine Freight confirms delivery was made.

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be required to collect your wine from the designated Australia Post Office.

Please note that not all wines listed on the website are available in store, these are marked as online only. If the wine is required urgently, please get in touch with us to ensure stock availability. Please also contact us regarding availability for any wine which is online which you wish to purchase directly in store.

*Dry Area exclusions Deliveries to remote postcodes (WA 6215 - 6799 and NT 0800 - 0999) will attract a $30 per case surcharge. Orders will not be accepted for delivery to any Dry Area postcodes that are covered by relevant legislated alcohol restrictions.
