Dispatch & Deliveries Policy
Where a product is in stock, dispatch will be the next business day. Please allow up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for delivery within Australia. Most deliveries will be received sooner than this. If you believe your order is missing or overdue, please follow the tracking instructions as per your order confirmation email or contact one of our staff members in store on 1300 55 44 35 or via email sales@wineexperience.com.au
Please note that not all wines listed on the website are available in store. If the wine is required urgently please contact us to ensure stock availability. Please also contact us regarding availability for any wine which is online which you wish to purchase directly in store.
Delivery is currently free of charge for both straight and mixed cases Australia Wide (*excludes remote postcodes in WA and NT - see below for details).
In most instances, a case is 12 bottles, including all mixed cases. Note that some higher value wines are only available in a case of 6 bottles or less. The number of bottles that define a case is listed in the product pricing options (i.e. "as part of any 6", "single bottle" and "6/12 bottle case").
Where all or part of the order is less than a case (as defined in the product pricing options, or 12 bottles if mixed) shipping will be charged as per your postcode at our cost price, this charge amount will be visible before order payment. For example, a mixed bottle order of 18 bottles will include a freight charge for the second mixed case of only 6 bottles. A mixed 24 bottle order would be totally freight free.
Our intention is to offer free shipping to as many wine lovers as possible, however, given the geographically vast size of Australia, it is not possible for us to offer free shipping to 100% of postcodes. Some remote* postcodes are subject to charges (see below). If you are in doubt please email us on sales@wineexperience.com.au
All wine will be delivered via Australia Post's Wine Delivery Service. Deliveries are tracked electronically with a signature required upon receipt unless you have given permission for your package to be left unattended. If you have specific delivery requirements, please fill out the instructions when requested during 'Checkout'. It is possible to remove the signature upon delivery requirement and specify delivery instructions, such as: ‘Please leave next to the front door in a secure location'.
*Please be aware that if removing a signature from the delivery requirement, Wine Experience takes no responsibility for lost or stolen orders if Australia Post confirms delivery was made.
Delivery times will vary and are generally standard delivery schedules from Australia Post (see below). We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, please note that not all wines are available in store and may take 1-3 business days to be received and dispatched.

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be required to collect your wine from the designated Australia Post Office.
*Remote postcode surcharge and Dry Area exclusions
Deliveries to remotes postcodes (WA 6215 - 6799 and NT 0800 - 0999) will attract a $20 per case surcharge. Orders will not be accepted for delivery to any Dry Area postcodes that are covered by relevant legislated alcohol restrictions.
