New Wave Margaret River
LS Merchants, based in Margaret River are one of the most forward thinking and innovative new wineries in Western Australia. Founded in 2015 by winemaker Dylan Arvidson, previously of Juniper Estate, it’s a labour of love with only a few barrels of each of these wines made. These wines are limited and truly push the boundaries of conventional winemaking, with lots of experimentation.
Given the number of world class beaches in the region, the term new-wave seems appropriate.
Their Vermentino is widely regarded as the finest in Australia which many of you may be familiar with since all the team here in-store love and always recommend it, but the rest of the range tasted recently, is truly superb!
