His award-winning wines always rate into the stratosphere with James Halliday. And we have to agree, he makes great wine.
Bruce is an under the radar kind of winemaker that quietly goes about his business. Crafting premium wines that offer exceptional value for money. Perhaps overshadowed by the more artfully marketed names in the region.
Bruce is technically a brilliant winemaker. He has a firm grip on science. Having completed a Masters oenology degree at the prestigious University of California. His time in the US included working for movie producer Francis Ford Coppola.
He says good winemaking relies just as much on art and intuition. We would also add an exceptional palate!
Highly recommended to anyone with an interest in exceptional quality Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
