Natural and Lo-fi...
Delicious, smashable and edgy

Lo-fi (from low fidelity) is a music or production quality in which elements usually regarded as imperfections of a recording or performance are audible, sometimes as a deliberate aesthetic choice. (wikipedia.org)
The term "Natural Wine" is thrown around a lot these days, but what does it mean? For us, the term Lo-fi, borrowed from the music world could be more informative. These are wines that steer away from clinical, soulless winemaking, which was the all the rage in the global wine business for many years, with Australia leading the charge.
The wines below are made with intent, with as little human intervention, and additions as possible. That means that they taste different from your regular big brand, supermarket wines that dominate the shelves of most bottle shops. But here at Wine Experience, we celebrate the diversity of wine styles available and are guided by our palates with the firm belief that wine is one of life's great pleasures. The wines below are delicious, full of energy with unique flavours and aromas. Many wine lovers find that Lo-fi/natural/minimal intervention wines are a slippery slope, and once you are hooked, it's hard to go back!
