**Wine Experience Favourite**
This is a visually attractive wine in the glass, displaying plenty of creamy mousse and tiny fine beads. The nose offers soft, yeasty characters with hints of elegant lemon and honey/blossom notes. In the mouth, fine dry bubbles give way to a toasty, nutty, luxurious palate, finishing with lingering fresh citrus flavours. Serve at 2 - 3 degrees Celcius.

After searching Australia, fifth-generation winemaker Steve Lubiana selected Tasmania for his cool climate vineyard. Overlooking the Derwent River at Granton, 20 km north of Hobart, Stefano Lubiana Wines remains a family owned and operated business, focused on producing small quantities of hand crafted, cool climate, Tasmanian wines. First planted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 1991, the vineyard has expanded over the years to 18ha of closely spaced vines. Varieties also comprise Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Merlot and Nebbiolo.
