The Yarra Valley range is made from handpicked fruit from our estate vineyards. The wines are produced using indigenous yeasts, gravity-flow winemaking, with minimal fining and filtration. This approach produces highly expressive wines, true to the regional characteristics of the Yarra Valley.
This wine is a blend of three different fermenters, one of which was 100% whole bunch and two completely destemmed. One destemmed component spent an extended period on skins to extract a little extra tannin. Whole bunch component across the blend is 33%. No fining; no filtration.

The Wine Front
It builds in the glass quite beautifully. It seems juicy and free-flowing at first but gradually the strings pull tighter. Garden herbs, boysenberries, cloves and red cherries, the balance between its various aspects pitched just so well. It tastes as though it’s hardly trying but that’s what it wants you to think. It’s a savoury shiraz done very well; it’s going to improve over time rather than merely holding; it’s buoyant and succulent and things like that. 93+ points. The Wine Front, 30 September, 2019

Cases are also delivered free of charge, as are any subsequent bottles ordered in addition to the case. The case size is displayed on the product page (i.e. 3, 6 or 12).
If your order is less than 12 bottles, shipping is charged as per your postcode. This charge amount will be visible on the payment page before you confirm and pay for your order.
