Brian Freeman’s wines are quite remarkable to say the least. They are some of the most savoury Italianate tasting wines crafted from Australian Italian-origin varieties in the country. The vineyards are in the highly elevated, cool climate NSW region of Hilltops, and Brian’s exhaustive international travelling to Italy for knowledge and inspiration, as well as his extensive experience as a winemaker and educator shows in every bottle.

Freeman has Australia’s only plantings of Rondinella and Corvina but also make Prosecco, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and a dessert style, Dolcino. They are all unique interesting wines. Australian to the core, yet with an authentic Italian savoury twist.
