Big volume chardonnay is something we’re always asked for, and the Rob Dolan Yarra Valley Chardonnay is always our go to. From the excellent 2021 vintage, Rob’s chardonnay delivers a beautiful creamy texture, with lemon curd, hazelnut, mandarin and vanilla. Pop on some tunes, get that chicken roasting and crack open a bottle!
Our notes
This is a new wine for us and fits firmly in the 'Buttery Chardonnay'' camp. It's full of ripe stone fruit, vanillin oak and creamy brioche flavours and the texture is soft and rich. Cheers Scott
