Lake Breeze Bullant Cabernet Merlot 2020 - Langhorne Creek
Bottle size: 750ml
Available online only
The grapes for this wine were selected from old vines in the famous wine district of Langhorne Creek.
It has an amazing lifted bouquet of blackberries with a touch of mocha. The ageing in oak for 15 months has enhanced the mouth-feel of this wine, which is rich and smooth, and offers a lovely soft finish with polished tannins.
Best consumed over the next 3-4 years and will drink even more dangerously paired with roast lamb.

Producers notes
Lake Breeze is one of Australia’s most awarded boutique wineries, including being named Australia’s Champion Small Winery.
The Follett family have been grape growers in Langhorne Creek for over 120 years and winemakers for 27 years and have rapidly built an enviable reputation for consistently producing outstanding wines.
The Follett family vineyard was established in the 1880's by Arthur John Follett, the great grandfather of Greg Follett, the winemaker. The varieties grown on the vineyard include cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and chardonnay, with small blocks of grenache, merlot, petit verdot and white frontignac.
Only the best 30-40% of fruit is selected from the older vines on the property, to create wines with amazing depth of flavour. These wines include the highly acclaimed 'Bernoota' [Shiraz/Cabernet], Cabernet Sauvignon, Arthur's Reserve and Winemaker's Selection Shiraz labels.
Lake Breeze has enjoyed enormous success over the past 25 years, accumulating an extraordinary 32 trophies and over 125 gold medals at major Australian wine shows. Lake Breeze has been awarded the Champion Wine of Langhorne Creek on four occasions and more recently a trophy at the Adelaide Wine Show for the Arthur's Reserve blend.
