La Petite Mort Nebbiolo Rose 2021 - Granite Belt
Bottle size: 750ml
100% Nebbiolo Rose from the Granite Belt rockstars. Texutral and fleshy with ripe red fruits and savoury spice. A rose you can really sink your teeth into. Grapes were crushed and destemmed and finally pressed off after about 24-hours of skin contact pre-fermentation. The juice was partially clarified and inoculated with an aromatic commercial yeast strain. The ferment took 19 days to complete at an average temperature of 17C. The wine was aged in a stainless-steel tank and bottled a year after harvest.
