Pale pink in colour, dry and delicious. This is one of our favourites and delivers everything you want from a Provence rose at a very reasonable price.
The name Peyrol comes from the Provençal language that was used to designate a large container for pressing the grapes. It is a term that reminds us of the time when footsteps upon the grapes preceded the production of fine wines.

Located near Collobriéres in the hearth of “Massif des Maures” in the department of Var. The vineyard is lying on south facing slopes on a mica schist soil. The name “Peyrol” means in “Provençal” a big container for a traditional crushing of grapes by foot. The harvest takes place in the early morning, to preserve grapes from the heat of the day and prevent the excessive
oxidization of the berries. A cool ferment with direct pressing.
This rose is rapidly becoming a favourite with locals and decerning rose drinkers. It is highly recommended by the Wine Experience team.
CHÂTEAU PEYROL rosé wine goes well with grilled fish and white meats. Ideally served at a temperature of 8 °C to 10 °C.

The number of bottles that define a straight case is marked in the product pricing page (i.e. "as part of any 6", "single bottle" and "3 or 6 or 12 bottle case").
