The 2021 ‘Otto' is a cracker! It is bristling with upbeat energy showing tangy white peach, lime and green apple fruit with tingling mineral notes and subtle milled cashew nutty overtones, so typical of Italian dry whites. It’s a frisky lovely dry Soave that will compliment an array of dishes from seafood, risotto, veal scaloppini and mild Italian cheese. This is really good…!
