Soave Classico Monte Fiorentine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of pineapple, pear, almond, citrus fruits, broom, chamomile and mineral.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple.

CaRugate was established by the Tessari family in 1986 and is currently run by the capable and passionate Amadeo, Giovanni, Michele, and Laura. A new winery was built in 2002 with state of the art equipment. A sense of history and pride of place compels new projects (the current one is a revival of the ancient Vin Santos produced in the area). The CaRugate vineyards in Soave cover 30 hectares of rich, volcanic hillside in the commune of Monteforte d’Alpone in the heart of Soave Classico. Year-in, year-out CaRugate is Decanter Magazine’s favorite Soave producer.
