100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from the family home-block vineyard in Porongurup. Super pretty, very pale pink with a touch of orange blush. Very subtle perfumed fruits on the nose; a touch of cherry with a hint of fennel/aniseed and an intriguing spicy incense character. Very textural on the palate; it is delicately flavoured while still being quite complex. There's a hint of cherry ripe along with dark berries and it has a fabulously long dry finish. Would be delicious with or without food.
