Turkey Flat is one of the most acclaimed dry roses in Australia, and you could argue winemaker Mark Bulman has been a big part of that. Time moves forward, and Mark is no longer the winemaker at Turkey Flat, choosing to craft his own wines under his own eponymous brand. Bulman.
This 2023 Rose is an absolute cracker, and being a Rose crafted by Mark, ‘the King of Rose...', we were not surprised at how good it was when we tasted it. It’s dry, light, flighty, and supremely refreshing and refined, with a kiss of strawberry/cranberry fruit, putting you in mind of top-flight Rose from Provence in France.
Highly recommended to all those who believe Provence is the only outlet for mouthwatering light dry Rose! Go Australia! Absolutely stunning!

Contains 14% Pinot Gris on skins, which is a clever thing to do.
Fresh strawberry and Bosc pear, a little musk and perfume. Fresh and lively, clean acidity, a pear skin grip, pomegranate/watermelon and peach iced tea, nice bit of chew to it, yet so finely balanced. Finish is refreshing too. Combines complexity with ease of drinking to wonderful effect.
