Wine Experience does not sell to persons under the age of 18, as it is illegal to do so.
All orders subject to product and vintage availability.

Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of a product and cancel any order. Where an order is cancelled, we will notify you immediately by email or phone and refund the monies using the original method of purchase.

Wine Experience understands that from time to time wine can be faulty. If a wine is oxidised or ‘corked’ (TCA affected) we will replace or credit the amount of the purchase on receiving the affected bottle with 375ml (½ bottle) or more of wine remaining, Wine Experience will cover the cost of shipping the return to our store via Australia Post if you are unable to visit the store.
