Parigot Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc Tradition - Burgundy
Bottle size: 750 ml
With a yellow robe gleaming with green reflections, adorned by a necklace of fine bubbles, it is asking to be discovered. Made from the three main grape varieties of Burgundy, this crémant offers us the roundness of Pinot Noir, the fineness of Chardonnay, and the delightful freshness of Aligoté.
Our grapes come from three different areas, the Côte de Beaune, the Côte de Nuits, and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, bringing a perfect balance to our blends. The discreet, fruity aromas of this crémant make it even more seductive. An ideal aperitif !
Parigot is one of the finest houses in Burgundy to make Cremants, or sparkling wine. Their family owned winery is affectionately known as the ''The Sparkling wine that great Burgundy winemakers drink'' It is the true expression of Burgundy terroir in a sparkling wine.
From the north to the south of Burgundy, the sparkling wines reflect the diversity of Burgundy's terroirs. The village of Savigny-les-Beaune is considered one of the birthplaces of the traditional method for making sparkling wines in Burgundy. Situated in the heart of the Côte de Beaune region, the sparkling wines coming from this area express classic traits of its terroir. Here, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are king.
At the beginning of the last century, Emile Parigot chose to enter into a profession that was atypical in his region, that of a sparkling winemaker. Five generations have succeeded him, all upholding the traditions that he began. These methods have been improved upon over time to create a high-quality sparkling wine worthy of the name "Parigot".
