John Duval Entity Shiraz 2019 - Barossa Valley
Closure: Screw cap
Bottle size: 750ml
Lifted notes of dark berries, plum and boysenberry, supported by hints of anise and clove. Dark and brooding, with excellent concentration of layered rich dark fruits with hints of dark chocolate and earth finishing long with youthful tannins.
Sourced from old vineyards in the Krondorf, Ebenezer, Moppa, Light Pass and Eden Valley regions comprising 48% Barossa Valley, 52% Eden Valley fruit. A lifted pretty nose really draw you in with those classic Eden red and blue fruits like blueberry, raspberry and boysenberry amidst delicate whiffs of rose petal, violets and rich oak spice. The palate is seamless showing luscious yet well detailed dark cherry, rich plum and brighter blueberry fruit hemmed in by high quality cedary French oak and a lattice of wafer fine tannins. This is a beauty. Elegant. All class!
